EXT. MAINTENANCE ROAD -- DAY
On one side of the road is a four-story wall peppered with office windows. On the other side of the road is a steep lawn. A forest of flower bushes and palm trees prevents you from seeing the distant Pacific Coast Highway. Above the trees, though, you can see the ocean. A helicopter is slowly flying north along the water's edge.
The maintenance road continues north, around the corner of the administration building. The other end comes into the parking lot on the ocean side.
