INT. HANGER -- DIMLY LIGHTED
You are about to step onto the main catwalk access to the Secure Sector hanger. Below you, the round, yawning pit of the helicopter elevator falls into shadow far below. At least four stories down, a ring of worklights casts pools of light on the massive elevator floor below. Near the lights, you can barely make out the archways through which helicopters are towed out onto the elevator. Above you, the giant door that forms the law school patio above is invisible in deep shadows. The silence is broken only by your feet on the metal floor, and the hum of a generator somewhere below.
In one direction, the catwalk curves halfway around the hanger wall and ends at the open service elevator--a cage on a metal cable. In the other direction, the catwalk stops at the complex access door.
