INT. SECRETARY POOL -- DAY

At one end of the room, light pours in from the balconey overlooking the lobby below and the huge window facing the Pacific. The scene is less tranquil the further you get from the window. Dozens of secretaries dash around their cubicles, while copy machines churn somewhere and the occasional man or woman in a suit wanders around, vainly looking for someone to type something. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning is broken again...

The elevator in the corner is a quiet, inviting escape. There's an office directory next to the elevator. On the wall opposite the giant window, the two hallways of small offices also seem distinctly quieter.

To go to the elevator...

To go to the hallway on the left...

To go to the hallway on the right...
