EXT. BEACH -- DAY

The truck revs under the pedal, eager to tear sand, as you cruise out of the lot through the beach gate. The instructor's vehicle is idling in front of you. The driver sticks his head out and gives you a thumbs up. Then he gives you a thumbs down and takes off, sand spraying over your windshield from his rooster tail.
