Pepperdine University, located in Malibu, California, is a small, private, liberal arts undergraduate college with graduate schools for psychology, education, business, public policy, and law. Pepperdine has won national championships in more Division I sports than almost any other school. The campus is arguably one of the most beautiful in the world, and attracts the children of film stars, business leaders, and national politicians . . . anyone who can afford the breath-taking tuition.

In addition, unbeknownst to the nation and most of the Pepperdine population, the University is the primary location for the Malibu Personnel Support Facility, an operations support facility for Orion's West Coast operations. In conjunction with the training facility at nearby Zuma Beach, Pepperdine's academic and athletic facilities train or rehabilitate dozens of Orion agents every month. Many of the faculty are Orion operatives, and the students are often Orion trainees.

During your visit to the Malibu Personnel Support Facility, remember that the facility is not an operations base, and secrecy is of the utmost importance. Breach of the MPSF's security will be dealt with extremely harshly by the Orion Los Angeles Headquarters, which oversees the MPSF.
